Richard Phillips

Back to Staff Richard started his career in estate agency back in 2000, as a trainee negotiator for a corporate company in Brighton. He quickly progressed through the ranks to the level of manager and has spent many years managing and improving offices in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas. Like his business partner Chris, it was always his wish to set up his own agency where he would be able to make decisions which he believes will lead to a much better and more personal approach than he was able to provide in a corporate agency. He has a large amount of experience in many different aspects of estate agency and whilst we are able to advise you on all aspects of moving, be it in the use of local solicitors or independent mortgage advice, our main aim is to sell or find you a property without the pressure of having to use other services which many agents will now force upon you. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his Son and playing sports. Email me
