Having been born and bred in Brighton, Chris started his career in estate agency in 1997 as a trainee for a large corporate firm of estate agents in Brighton. At the age of twenty-three he was made manager of a prestigious office, which he transformed into one of the most successful branches not just in the company but throughout the whole of Sussex. After a few more years as a successful Branch Manager for the same company Chris was made one of the youngest Area Managers where he was in charge of the running of nine different offices between Brighton through to Eastbourne.
He maintained this achievement for many years. By the age of thirty he was promoted to Area Manager for the same firm and ran nine offices across Brighton and Eastbourne.
For several years now Chris has had the ambition to open up his own estate agency in Brighton and Hove, and with the help of his business partner Richard Phillips he made this a reality and Phillips & Still was formed.
Outside of work, Chris is interested in keeping fit, sports and spending time with his young children Amelia and Archie.
