Having been born and bred in Brighton, Chris started his career in estate agency in 1997 as a trainee for a large corporate firm of estate agents in Brighton. At the age of twenty-three he was made manager of a prestigious office, which he transformed into one of the most successful branches not just in the company but throughout the whole of Sussex. After a few more years as a successful Branch Manager for the same company Chris was made one of the youngest Area Managers where he was in charge of running nine different offices between Brighton through to Eastbourne
Richard started his career in estate agency back in 2000, as a trainee negotiator for a corporate company in Brighton. He quickly progressed through the ranks to the level of manager and has spent many years managing and improving offices in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas.
Alice has been working in estate agency for 11 years now, and her amazing flair for selling property and providing an unrivalled level of customer service is an unbeatable combination for success within Phillips & Still. She loves visiting new properties and taking the time to conscientiously guide her clients through the selling / buyer process. Alice enjoys going on holiday and spending time with her young son.
Oliver has been an Estate Agent for 8 years now starting his career at a local independent as a trainee and then working his way into more Senior roles over the last 8 years within Brighton & Hove.
